So what does Amy Whinehouse to do with this?
Well, actually before going to work I stopped at the post office to do a chore, and then I went to the Mondadori‘s cafeteria for a second breakfast. A second breakfast? I imagine you wondering… Let me explain! Yesterday evening I didn’t have any dinner, since it was the worldbookday and I was attending an event called #ioleggoperché at Hangar Bicocca. The event started at 9 pm, but it was a live TV event. It took me forever to reach the Hangar Bicocca in the rush hour, and by the time I was there it was quite late and we were pushed inside with just a few bites in the stomach… Don’t you think I was allowed a second breakfast this morning?
But while I was having my coffee and my croissant, Amy Whinehouse was singing on the radio… wait a second, not really Amy Whinehouse… For some reasons I was very sad when she died. Maybe because she was so good… And the song that was playing on the radio was Back to black. Such a desperate and heart breaking song… beautiful and horrible at the same time.
Let’s go back to what I am wearing: the skirt is H&M basic, and I love the simplicity of the blue and white stripes and the straight shape; the T-shirt has a line of little buttons on the back, that unfortunately you can’t see, and comes from Massimo Dutti; the cardigan, being a man’s one, was probably in the family… and the loafers are branded Brecos and come from another wonderful little market, in Forte dei Marmi (more famous than Ancona, but not my usual destination).
Have a nice day and don’t go back to black, never!
