I know you know this outfit. It is my yesterday’s outfit, in a yesterday’s picture taken by the colleague/friend Annarita Briganti without my knowlege.

I am attending the #DonnaModernaTalk event, and I am using this picture because I want to tell you about it.

Everything started with a poll: why in Italy there are less working women than in most of the other developed countries, not to mention the difference in salary and career opportunity? The poll, and the reality, has different answers, but Donna Moderna thought the best answer was to ask different women, and some men, their experience and their opinion, and make them answer in a special evening. Which was yesterday.

Every speaker had 5 minutes, which was genius because everybody had to really concentrate on the essential. There were 17 speeches, and what was magic and fulfilling was the mix.

I had gone to the event with my mind and heart burdened by some personal issues (which I am not going to tell you, no way) and I forgot everything, so fascinating and compelling was the evening. I felt my mind alive and kicking, I got ideas and suggestions and felt encouraged to go on in spite of everything. With this blog and all my projects.
