Chic After Fifty

Hello from my kitchen! Your favorite smiling fashion blogger is getting ready for a long day, which will start at the post office and finish at the Teatro Franco Parenti for the presentation of the book “La lettera a Hitler” by Gabriele Nissim.

You know that kind of days you go out at 8.30 a.m. and you come back at 8.30 p.m. if you are lucky? It is a kind of usual day, to tell you the truth. But today I have also to go to this presentation. I am sure it will be very interesting: Gabriele Nissim is a good story teller and more than that a good story hunter. His book is about Armin Wegner, the only testimonial of the Armenian genocide. I am a great admirer of Nissim, the creator of Il giardino dei giusti and a person who has dedicated his entire life to the defence of the good.

To be comfortable but chic I am wearing a silk shirt, unbranded, which was in the family, the blue trousers by Siste’s, a blue short cardigan by Pennyblack. I added the Merrell sneakers for a little touch of creativity!
