Chic After Fifty

Do you notice any improvement in my #selfieinthekitchen? I am not sure… I am trying to learn how to work on my pictures in order to improve them. It is incredibly difficult! So be patient as usual!

This morning after breakfast I was thinking about the day ahead and deciding what to wear. Nothing special seemed to be in sight… but you never know! I started with a pair of culotte: maybe because yesterday, when I met the friends that are helping me creating the new blog and preparing a proper launch, nobody seemed to appreciate them very much! I like to be a “bastian contrario”, once in a while… But then I changed my mind. I decided I wanted to wear this little grey dress, a beautiful gift from my friend Isabella.

I have always loved grey. I still do. But I start to feel that it needs a splash of color to come alive. O a splash of white.

Remember what I wrote about the white T-shirt on Giorni Moderni? Well, I am the first to follow my suggestions! So I put a white T-shirt (Hanes) underneath the little grey dress (Falconeri), a lighter grey cardigan (Matucci) on top, grey stockings and the Zara flat ankle boots. And I am ready for everything…
