Chic After Fifty

So tonight the temperature has gone below zero. And because yesterday it had rained, when I went to get my car this morning the windows were covered in ice. I felt like I were in one of those fascinating towns of Northern Europe, Copenhagen or Stockholm… or like I were in Big Bear Lake, where actually there is also a lot of snow. And I wouldn’t mind some snow… could please somebody send some here in Milano?

But I appreciate the beautiful day. So much that I took a picture of the rising sun just as I arrive at the office. Want to see it?

And how am I dressed, to face this cold beauty? With the combat boots (Dr Martens), that I paired with a midi black pencil skirt (Zara) and a handmade thick cachemire sweater. Underneath I have a black long sleeve T-shirt (Zara again), slightly longer than the sweater…. my signature, remember? I am satisfied of this outfit: #50chic and #chicafter50 but with a nice twist!
