Anna da Re 28 gennaio

This is the entrance to my new flat. It is a complete mess, and I have not learned the lights, but I went in to change my clothes and couldn’t resist to take a little selfie! More than not enough light for the picture, you can spot a box (when you empty a box, you then have to find how to dispose of it), a hanger which hasn’t found its place yet, and one of those plastic keyring that flat owners use in different colors to keep track of their properties and lodges.

And I am studying. The routes to take to come to the office. The stores around the flat. The rush hours. The coffee shop. It will be a great adventure, I am telling you.

And I am working on the new blog. We are almost there. I am translating some of the posts, otherwise the new Chic After Fifty would be lame: full of articles on the English side and empty on the Italian side. Still, it is not possible to translate all the posts I have written. It would have taken days… and what’s the point? They are the past. A quite recent and interesting past, but past. And a blog is a living entity. It exists, in my opinion, only if you update it every day…

I am wearing a brown shearling coat, my very winter coat. I haven’t worn it much this winter. But these January days are chilly, aren’t they? Underneath I have another pair of jeans, again by DKNY but darker, a blue woolen T-shirt (Max & Co) and a blue light cachemire sweater (J for James). Blundstone are a must! Am I enough #50chic and #chicafter50? Please say yes!

Have a nice day!

Benvenuti su ChicAfterFifty. Nato 10 anni fa come blog di moda per signore, appunto after fifty. Dopo la pandemia la moda non mi è più sembrata così importante. E allora parlo di libri, di ambiente, di posti belli, di cose belle.
